2. Scope
This policy applies to skyhome.bg, including Residence Tower, Lake Residence and other current or future Sky Home project pages operated by the same controller. It covers website visitors and people who contact us about our projects.
3. Personal data we process
Information you provide
- Name, email address and telephone number.
- The message and any information you voluntarily include in an enquiry.
- Subsequent correspondence relating to your enquiry.
Contact-form submissions are delivered to info@skyhome.bg. They are not entered into a website database or CRM.
Information generated when you use the website
- IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, referring page and requested pages.
- Security and server-log information.
- Website interaction and campaign information collected through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, but only according to your consent choices.
- Your cookie and consent preferences.

Providing contact details is voluntary, but without the information marked as required we may be unable to respond. We do not use enquiries for newsletters, unsolicited promotional calls or unrelated marketing. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
5. Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are accessible only to the person or persons authorised by Sky Home to manage the info@skyhome.bg mailbox. We do not sell personal data and do not disclose enquiry information to brokers, banks, construction partners or advertising platforms for their own marketing.
Personal data may nevertheless be processed on our behalf by categories of suppliers necessary to operate the website and email service, including hosting, email, security and technical-support providers. If you consent to analytics or marketing technologies, relevant technical information may also be processed by Google and Meta. We may disclose information to public authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers, including Google and Meta, may process information outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are based on an adequacy decision, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR. Further information is available in the providers' respective privacy documentation.
7. Retention periods
- General enquiries: normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence.
- Successful transactions: relevant information may become part of contractual, accounting or legal records and will be retained for the periods required by applicable law.
- Security and server logs: normally up to 6 months, unless a longer period is required to investigate an incident or legal claim.
- Cookie preference: up to 12 months, unless you change your choice or we request consent again after a material change.
- Analytics and marketing information: according to the applicable service settings and the periods described in our Cookie Policy.
Information may be retained longer where required by law, an authority, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
Send requests to info@skyhome.bg. We may request information necessary to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg, or with the supervisory authority in your habitual EU residence or workplace.
9. Security
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our websites, projects, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page. Material changes affecting consent will result in a new consent request where required.
