Sky Home is an innovative real estate development company, specializing in the design and construction of exclusive homes in great locations with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and nature around Sofia.

Our investment projects focus on two types of luxury home building:

Upscale Residential Projects around Sofia

Since 2015, the company took serious steps to implement a number of investment projects for the construction of modern villas in the beautiful mountainous areas around Sofia. PANCHAREVO PARK is our pilot project and consists of 11 luxury villas on a plot of 50’000 sq.m. Construction began in 2019 and is set to complete at the end of 2024.

High-Rise Residential Buildings in Sofia

In the coming years, SKY HOME plans to become a pioneer in the construction of upscale high-rise residential buildings in Bulgaria.

In 2023, we plan to start construction on RESIDENCE TOWER – our first project for a high-rise residential building. For this project, we have selected an attractive location on one of the main boulevards in Sofia. RESIDENCE TOWER aims to combine modern design with comfort and functionality of the highest class.
