Sky Home was established with the vision of redefining luxury construction in Bulgaria, striving to become the leading force in introducing the latest trends in this sector.

The company was founded by Plamen Kralev, a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in managing infrastructure and investment projects. Sky Home's journey began in 2017, following Plamen's return from Italy, where he spent five years drawing inspiration. While building his home on Lake Maggiore, he met Claudio Biganzoli, a world-renowned interior designer. This collaboration fundamentally reshaped Plamen's approach to construction technology, quality, finishing work, interior design, and overall aesthetics.

The transformation of Villa dei Sassi surpassed all expectations, fueling Plamen's ambition to bring Italian design and technology to Bulgaria. His vision resonated with Claudio, leading to the creation of Sky Home.

From its inception, Sky Home has focused on building world-class villas that seamlessly blend nature's seclusion with unique architecture, thoughtful layouts that enhance living standards, and impeccable interior design. This approach laid the foundation for the company's first flagship project, Pancharevo Park.

A critical early step for Sky Home was the establishment of an in-house architectural department, working in close collaboration with Claudio’s team. The company successfully attracted some of Bulgaria’s most renowned architects, alongside young talents with huge potential and an innovative approach.

Simultaneously, the company began training its construction teams under the supervision of Claudio’s team.

Today, Sky Home handles every aspect of the construction process, from excavation to finishing works, using its own carefully selected professionals trained to meet Italian standards and techniques.

Sky Home collaborates directly with leading Italian manufacturers, sourcing high-quality wooden window frames, flooring, cladding, interior doors, lighting, and specialized materials.

In 2024, Sky Home became the exclusive representative in Bulgaria for Equilibrio, one of Italy’s most innovative fixed furnishing companies.

This partnership allows Sky Home to offer a fully integrated service, ensuring impeccable quality at every stage of creating a unique, stylish, and functional home for its clients.

Sky Home is the first company to develop a configurator for its projects, enabling clients to personalize every aspect of their future homes. Clients can choose from various layouts, finishing options, and furnishings while visualizing their selections in detail and understanding the full cost of their completed home.
